Your Guide To Quality Professionals

What We Have Here for You

We at HSP are aware of the necessary ingredients constituting a “good healthcare professional”. That’s why we always focus on achieving the highest level of quality care from our team of professional staff. Knowing this, we screen our professionals for strong clinical, academic, and licensure requirements. We continually evaluate our professionals and insist on accountability, reliability, professionalism, and good interpersonal communication skills. To ensure quality patient care, we systematically screen and educate our professionals focusing on the following:

HSP ensures that its entire professional staff maintains current licenses, permits, registrations and certificates as required by law. All professional staff is required to carry their current licenses at all times. Our Director of Clinical Services and Recruiters work diligently to ensure that all licenses and certificates are updated on time. Documentation of current licenses showing verification by the Director of Clinical Services is retained in each professional's folder. Upon request, complete credentials including work history and competency may be presented to a client medical facility for review.

All personnel providing services through HSP are required to practice their individual specialty accordance to the national standard established by Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

HSP conducts systematic in-service training programs for all its professionals. The training program includes an orientation to all national health policies and procedures established by Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Organizations (JCAHO). Special orientation program can be arranged at the client's request. In such an instance, materials for the orientation may be developed and provided by the client

We encourage our clients and prospective clients to visit our offices to review files, policies, procedures and standards to ensure compliance with JCAHO. This may also validate the highest professional standards we have set for ourselves over the years.

To maintain our standard of quality care, the Director of Clinical Services evaluates our

Professionals after three months of employment and annually thereafter. We also encourage performance feedback from our clients.

HSP maintains and annually updates skills inventory check list for its entire professional staff.

HSP will extend its resources to find a replacement should a staff on assignment cancel for any unexpected reason.

All assignments and communications are conducted from one centralized location to

eliminate staffing errors and misunderstandings. Wherever possible, one person will

handle all communication to and from your facility to avoid misunderstandings.

We operate a 24 hour service, 7 days a week with normal business office hours from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. There will always be an HSP representative or a recruiter handling service orders as well as any kind of communication. We do not use an answering service as part of our normal business operation.
