Length of Service Rewards
HSP rewards its employees through a Length of Service Rewards program. The Program provides for CASH rewards for length of continuous service. You get $1,000 for every continuous 2080 hours worked, as follows:
- First 2080 hours $1,000
- Second 2080 hours $2,000
- Third 2080 hours $3,000
- Fourth 2080 hours $4,000
Cash Rewards
Cash reward shall be paid to the employee following the completion of the applicable continuous service period. Continuous service is defined as service that is not interrupted by more than 30 days between assignments. In the event service is interrupted for more than 30 days, all hours accrued towards the next level of continuous service shall be forfeited. In the event of termination for cause, the employee will forfeit all continuous service hours accrued and no payment from this program.
Failure of the employee to abide by the terms of its Employment Contract with HSP, including but not limited to, completion and submission of end of assignment survey and all other required documentation shall cause the forfeiture by employee of all accrued and future benefits under the Length of Service Reward plan. This plan is subject to change at any time by HSP without notice. Any disputes regarding this plan are subject to determination by HSP to be made at its sole discretion. This reward structure applies to RN, NP, PA, CRNA and MD.
