Healthcare Staffing Providers recognizes the need for variety and new challenges for our professional staff. As a result, we service all 52 states. We have unlimited resources to put in place an assignment for you anywhere of your choice. You can count on us for either Travel Assignments or Permanent Placement anywhere within the continental United States. Just give us a location and we will coordinate all the logistics for you.
The length of our travel assignments varies from 8, 13, 26 and even 54 weeks. Keep in mind we also offer Permanent positions. Let us know your preference and we will do the rest. We are committed to providing you with the opportunity to enjoy the freedom as well as the fun in creating your own assignments and schedules.
Our Education Department is a provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. At HSP, you have the opportunity to earn six contact hours.
We believe in safety and convenience when it comes to housing our professional staff. We will give you the option of choosing from Private Studio, Shared Housing, One or Two Bedroom Units, or Monthly Housing Allowance if you decide to arrange for your own housing. Our housing coordinators will work diligently with you to satisfy your specific housing needs to make your stay a pleasant one.
Most of our Professional staff takes advantage of our Tax Incentive Plan to earn more money and make working for HSP more enjoyable. As a traveler, you need to have a permanent tax residence to be eligible for the Tax Incentive Plan.
After one year of continuous assignments with HSP, you become eligible to enroll in this special plan designed to thank you for your loyalty and to help secure your financial future.

We provide individualized attention which is sensitive to the needs of our professional staff. We offer the most comprehensive and supportive relationship. We listen and respond to our staff members at all times.
HSP offers a forum where everyone is heard. Communication among our staff, clients and recruiters is professional and cordial. Your recruiter will handle all communications pertaining to your assignment.
Our recruiters are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays. They are at your service. Come to them with all your staffing questions.
In addition to the top salary you earn at HSP, we have different bonus choices to make you smile even more. Our professional staff earns renewal of 13 week assignments and specialty bonuses. While on multiple assignments, you can also accumulate bonus points for either cash or other prize winnings at the end of the year.
HSP believes in "word of mouth" advertisement and we strongly encourage it. Referring a friend to work with us means a onetime $250 referral bonus to you after your RN, PA, NP, CRNA, Physician referral completes a 13 week assignment. That's not all. You will receive an additional $300 after your fourth referral. What this means to you is $1300 after your 4 referrals work 13 weeks each
HSP covers all professionals who start a 13 week assignment with free professional liability insurance. We believe this is a peace of mind, knowing you have such a comprehensive coverage behind your practice.
Group Health Insurance benefit is also available to all of our professional travelers after completion of multiple assignments.
One way of creating a smooth transition to your assignment destination is through travel reimbursement allowance. HSP will reimburse you for your travel expenses.
Our recruiters will assist you as our healthcare professional in pursuing state to state licensing.
Our housing department will scout for your convenience, places of attraction in the city of your choice. We will map out all the tourist attractions in each city for your convenience before your assignment. This will help you decide on accepting your assignment with some vacation planning in mind.
Our recruitment efforts go beyond the borders of the United States. We also attract trained medical professionals from other countries. We offer immigration assistance in securing travel and working visas. That is not all. Each professional who accepts an assignment with us is given the proper direction and counselling in obtaining licensure and accreditation prior to assignment.
